Who we are
This website, pro-company.com, is operated by The PRO Company, a brand of PRO International Marketing L.L.C., headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any question about this policy or your data, email info@pro-company.com.
What we collect and why
Contact form. When you send us a message we collect your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), inquiry type and message. We use these only to reply to your enquiry and follow up on it.
Newsletter. When you subscribe we store your email address so we can send you news and updates from The PRO Company. Every newsletter includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can email us at any time.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and roughly where visits come from. Google sets cookies for this. See Google’s privacy policy.
Security and performance. Our hosting, firewall and cache record technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and fast.
Digital business cards. Card pages at pro-company.com/cards/ show contact details that our staff have chosen to share. We count how many times each card link is opened; these counts contain no personal information about the visitor.
Embedded content
Some articles include content from other websites, such as Instagram posts or videos. These behave as if you had visited the other website, which may collect data about you and set its own cookies.
Language toggle
The AR button uses Google Translate to show pages in Arabic. When you use it, page text is sent to Google for translation.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. It is processed by our service providers only to run this website and our email: our web host (Hostinger), Google (Workspace email, Analytics, Translate) and Wordfence (website security).
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for our business records. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it, by emailing info@pro-company.com. We will reply within 30 days.
